Hebrew school for our children meets Wednesday afternoons from
4:30 PM to 6:30 PM and on Sunday mornings from 10 AM until noon.
We introduce youngsters to their Jewish heritage and holidays, teach
them to read Hebrew, and prepare them for Bat or Bar Mitzvah.
There is an adult class for those who want to learn to read Hebrew
and we have had a
number of men and women who have decided to rededicate
themselves by renewing their Bar or Bat Mitzvah.
A teen group has formed at our temple and we are very proud of these
young people who continue to actively participate in activities at the
temple as well as setting up programs they are interested in. They
currently have weekly meetings, every week on Tuesday evenings at
6:30 PM.
So our programs at the temple are wide and varied to meet the
interests of our entire congregation.
